Afri Naptural Definition Braid - The best feeling hair yet!!

Because of the business I'm in, I'm always on the look out for extensions that not just look as natural as possible but also FEEL great. During one of such hunts, I came upon this Afri Naptural Definition braid which is 100% Kanekalon, modacrylic fiber.

It states it's benefits as:
- Soft Human like texture
- Light weight
- Full of Volume
- Hot Water Set Styles
- Tangle Free
- Flame Retardant
- No Irritation
- Finger Friendly
- More Defined Braids
- Versatile

I got a few to test out and I was definitely impressed!! The hair is soft, DOES NOT TANGLE, and looks so much like a blow out on natural hair that I got so excited at the styling possibilities!!

So far we only got to use them for crochet braids so I'm ordering more so I can use them for braids, cornrows and updo's.

Here are a few styles we got in:

This lady wanted a versatile crochet look she could wear in as many different ways as she could; so we left out hair around her perimeter and crocheted the hair in. For a final look we styled it into this soft flat twist do which she absolutely loved.

This lady wanted a crochet look too but wanted the hair as flat as possible so after crocheting, the hair was straightened using a paddle brush and blow dryer to give it a sleeker look.
In it's natural state - many people like it this way but she wanted it much sleeker.

After blow drying - it was so sleek, so light, so beautiful!!!

  4. Beautiful!! How long does it take to blow dry in order for it to get that sleek and straight and could flat irons be used on this hair?

  5. Beautiful in it's natural state and blow dried. What setting is the blow dryer on and how can you upkeep/maintain this hair while in crochets [i.e: washing, styling, upkeeping the ends, etc]?
